Yes, just block off the dates you need in advance and the calendar updates across every platform automatically. The unit will need a cleaning before the next guest, which we coordinate.
We can take over an existing listing and its reviews, or build a new one, whichever protects your ranking better.
Airbnb releases funds the second day of a guest's stay. We total up each month's bookings and send your payout by the 10th business day of the following month, after our fee and any cleaning costs are deducted.
In most cases, New York City collects hotel and occupancy tax directly through the booking platform. We'd still recommend confirming your specific situation with a local tax professional.

After every stay. The cleaning fee is built into the guest's reservation and covers a full turnover, laundry, restocking, and a walkthrough before the next guest checks in.
Every guest is screened before their stay is confirmed. Any damage is documented and, where applicable, deducted from a guest's security deposit, we also recommend supplemental short-term rental insurance for extra peace of mind.
Generally, no, Airbnb penalizes hosts for guest-side cancellations, and it can hurt your listing's search ranking. We only do it for genuine extenuating circumstances.
